Kennedy Okongo

Kennedy Okongo Odhiambo is the Director of programs at Riziki Source. He is a trained sociologist and a certified paralegal with a strong background in disability inclusion and livelihoods programming. Prior to joining Riziki Source, Kennedy served as the Program Officer – Livelihoods at Action Network for the Disabled (ANDY). He also had a short stint with the National Anti-Corruption Campaign Steering Committee, where he served as the County Anti-Corruption Coordinator. Kennedy is passionate about promoting social justice, inclusion, and accountability in development work.

Asha Kariuki

Asha Kariuki is a dedicated Finance professional, bringing over 7 years of invaluable experience in the non-profit sector. Her professional journey has been marked by a commitment to leveraging financial strategies into tangible outcomes for social impact. Throughout her career, she has developed a robust foundation and gained experience in all facets of financial and program management, demonstrating expertise in handling multifaceted project budgets, financial analysis, resource mobilization, compliance, and grants tracking. She is passionate about excellence in work and committed to impacting communities holistically through technical support. When not immersed in the world of numbers, you’ll find her in community volunteering projects, grooving to insightful podcasts that broaden her perspective, or watching movies.

Faith Michael is a highly organized and dependable Administrative and Personal Assistant, providing vital support to the executive team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at Riziki Source. With a strong background in administrative coordination, calendar management, and executive support, she brings professionalism, discretion, and efficiency to every task.Faith plays a key role in managing schedules, handling communication, organizing meetings, and supporting office functions.

Irene Ikasiol

Irene Ikasiol is a dynamic, results-driven media practitioner with over sixteen years of experience mastering the art of storytelling in fast-paced newsroom environments. As a skilled video editor and producer, she crafts compelling content that resonates across TV and digital platforms, blending creativity with technical excellence.
Currently shaping the voice of Riziki Source, Irene leads strategic communication, public relations, and marketing initiatives that amplify the organization’s mission of inclusion and empowerment. Her expertise in media relations and content creation ensures messages connect deeply with target audiences, while data-driven insights guide impactful campaigns.
With a rich background at Nation Media Group’s NTV, Irene has edited news, features, live shows, and special events, collaborating seamlessly with artists, anchors, and production teams to elevate on-air experiences.
As a passionate educator at the Kenya Institute of Mass Communication, she inspires the next generation of filmmakers, combining industry-standard skills with a storyteller’s heart.
A strategic communicator and PR expert, Irene excels in corporate affairs, and multimedia journalism. Her career is defined by a commitment to leaving every organization better than she found it—empowering teams, and making lasting impact through powerful communication.

PROGRAM OFFICER- INUA BIZ AND TRAINING

Hassan Oyugi

Hassan is a development practitioner passionate about unlocking opportunities for youth through skills, innovation, and inclusion. At Riziki Source, he supports skills-for-work initiatives as well as working with business founders and entrepreneurs with disabilities to build sustainable enterprises. He brings 8 years of experience in youth livelihoods, education programming, and disability inclusion, and is currently pursuing his Master's in Gender and Development Studies at the University of Nairobi. Outside work, Hassan is invested in Blockchain and Large Language Models for Social Good, particularly for communities left furthest behind. His favorite quote is from Jack Ma: “Today is difficult, tomorrow is much more difficult, the day after tomorrow is beautiful. Most people die tomorrow evening.”

EMPLOYER RELATIONSHIP OFFICER

Fredrick Omollo

Okello Fredrick Omollo is a seasoned project manager passionate about driving social sustainability, environmental conservation, and community empowerment. With extensive experience in corporate collaboration, Fred has successfully led numerous initiatives that advance corporate social responsibility across Kenya, particularly in sustainable tourism and environmental stewardship. He works closely with organizations to align their goals with impactful environmental and social outcomes.
Fred’s commitment to grassroots environmental action is exemplified through his pivotal role in the Kafinje Tu Initiative, a reforestation campaign focused on restoring the Kinale Forest. Through this initiative, he collaborates with schools, corporates, and community groups to champion tree planting, climate action, and ecosystem restoration.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Fred is deeply dedicated to education and youth empowerment. He currently sponsors over 20 high school students from underserved communities across Kenya, supporting them throughout their secondary education to help secure brighter futures.
As a passionate advocate for the rights of Persons with Disabilities (PWDs), Fred contributes to Riziki Source’s mission by promoting inclusive employment. He connects PWD youth with internships, placements, and skills training, while also supporting employers with disability awareness initiatives. He firmly believes that every individual deserves access to decent work and the dignity it brings.
Through all his efforts, Okello Fredrick Omollo leads with compassion and purpose, committed to building a more inclusive, sustainable, and empowered society.

Christabel Nafuna

Christabel is a seasoned Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) professional with over 7 years of experience in tracking and evaluating complex projects. Skilled in designing and implementing robust MEL frameworks, she is dedicated to impact assessment and program evaluation, ensuring Riziki Source’s interventions effectively meet the needs of its constituents. Driven by her belief in inclusive programming, Christabel leverages data-driven insights to enhance project effectiveness and support informed decision-making, contributing to positive change, inclusion, and empowerment.
