At Riziki Source, we are dedicated to transforming the landscape of employment for people with disabilities in Kenya. Our mission is to unleash the potential of persons with disability to drive economic growth through inclusive employment and entrepreneurship.
Bridging the Gap with Technology
Our user-friendly mobile app, Riziki, serves as a vital tool in this mission. It facilitates job training, placement assistance, and offers resources that help create inclusive work environments. With Riziki, users can easily create profiles, search for job openings, and apply directly through their mobile devices. This innovative approach not only streamlines the job search process but also connects job seekers with employers committed to inclusivity.
Currently, our platform boasts a comprehensive database of over 1,777 registered job seekers and 238 employers. We have successfully assisted 1028 individuals in securing employment, demonstrating the significant impact our initiative has on the disability community in Kenya.

To this end, Riziki Source provides training and resources for employers to help them understand the importance of inclusivity and how to implement effective practices within their organizations.
