Scaling Up Inclusive Entrepreneurship: The Impact of InuaBiz Accelerator

Riziki Source initiated a mission through the InuaBiz Accelerator Program to empower entrepreneurs with disabilities as part of its efforts to create an inclusive and dynamic business environment. The program intends to expand businesses operated by entrepreneurs with disabilities while boosting their public presence and operational abilities for greater economic power.
The Riziki Source team under Christabel Nafuna and Hassan Oyugi delivered an extensive business training program in Kilifi County that provided 22 entrepreneurs with essential skills to evolve their businesses into successful enterprises.
The training session catered to 22 entrepreneurs, including one business group of five members and 17 individual business entrepreneurs.

The training covered the following key areas:
Finding Capital & Starting Small: Strategies for securing initial funding and launching ventures.
Record Keeping & Bookkeeping: Essential skills for maintaining accurate financial records.
Market Research: Understanding consumer needs and market trends.
Business Planning: Developing strategic plans for growth and sustainability.
Growing Your Customer Base: Techniques for expanding customer reach and loyalty.

At the end of the training, some positive results are definitely anticipated:
*All 22 founder types will fully understand Riziki Source and InuaBiz and they will understand really well what the program is all about.
*The entrepreneurs will commit to actively participate in program activities, leveraging the resources and support provided.
*Participants are going to really use the skills and talents they picked up not just to make their own business better, but to grow it even faster and make more money too.
