The INUA BIZ Program is designed to empower persons with disabilities by providing essential entrepreneurship skills to help them start or grow their businesses. The program assesses participants’ current business practices, needs, challenges, and opportunities to inform targeted training initiatives, business development support, access to financing, and tailored mentorship. This comprehensive approach aims to facilitate entrepreneurs with disabilities to launch or accelerate their businesses and thrive towards sustainable self-employment as a pathway.
INUA BIZ Challenge.
This initiative aims at supporting nascent entrepreneurs who have ideas but are yet to launch businesses. It is a competition that surfaces and brings to life great ideas held by persons with disabilities through a competitive process that involves relevant training,coaching,mentorship and business plan development and pitching to receive funding that can be used as a start-up capital.
INUA BIZ Accelerator.
This initiative supports already existing businesses to achieve scale by providing requisite support to entrepreneurs including training,mentorship,access to financing,marketing,business development support among others that allows the business to thrive.
Riziki Invest.
This is an initiative that provides a platform to deploy capital to businesses owned by persons with disabilities at a favourable interest rate. The core interest is to ensure that entrepreneurs looking for capital to start or scale their businesses do not encounter challenges. Riziki Invest charges administrative fees to enable it to support more entrepreneurs in the market.
