Jiandae Program
The Jiandae Program empowers youth with disabilities by offering comprehensive training in work readiness and soft skills, along with career mentorship. This initiative equips participants with the essential skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to improve their employability, achieve career goals, and secure meaningful employment.
Boresha Ajira Program
The Boresha Ajira Program focuses on increasing employers’ confidence in implementing disability-inclusive employment practices, which enhances the hiring and retention of persons with disabilities. The program aims to promote a more inclusive workforce by addressing barriers and fostering supportive environments for these individuals by:
- Offering customized disability mainstreaming training to support organizations effectively integrate disability inclusion into their operations and work culture.
- Providing recruitment support services to organizations for a smooth and inclusive recruitment process.
- Conducting workplace accessibility audits to evaluate physical spaces, digital platforms, and company policies to provide reasonable accommodation for an inclusive work environment
